Adel Haley – Co-Founder & Director
With a vision to reconnect the world with Mesopotamia, Adel co-founded Gilgamesh Tours to offer immersive, meaningful travel experiences. He oversees the big picture — from partnerships to cultural integrity — and ensures each tour reflects the spirit of Iraqi hospitality and history. Adel is based in Europe and travels frequently to Iraq where he is originally from.
Ahmed Al-Azzawi – Tour Manager
Ahmed is the heartbeat of our operations. From coordinating itineraries to managing logistics, he ensures every tour runs smoothly and effortlessly. Ahmed decades of experience in cultural tourism through his work with Kalij Tours an Iraqi travel agency established and running opearation since 1991. Ahmed’s mission is to make every guest feel like part of the Gilgamesh family.
Yousif Khalil – Co-Founder & Guest Relations Coordinator
Yousif brings every itinerary to life. As co-founder and the organizational force behind our tours, he handles all logistics, ensuring seamless travel and unforgettable moments. His background in tourism, being a world traveller himself and deep local knowledge make every trip exceptional.
